  • Contact insurance agents to transfer or cancel coverage.

  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.
  • If professional mover is packing your goods, schedule packing day(s) 1 or 2 days before move.
  • Prepare any mowers, snow blowers, boats, snowmobiles (or other vehicles you won't be using before the move) for the move by servicing and draining gas and oil, to prevent a moving van fire.

What our clients are saying

My husband and I were very lucky to have Mythili as our realtor to help us find our first home! She was accommodating and always made herself available whenever we had questions or wanted to see specific homes. We definitely recommend her! :)

Beth helped me find and purchase my first house. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She is warm, honest, reliable and professional real state agent. Purchasing my first house I, well was a bit apprehensive, but was immediately put to ease. She was not only knowledgeable, knowing her trade inside and out, but truly cared about me and my best interest throughout. Never pushy, always free to ask questions and answered emails and texts timely. I couldn't have been in better hands!

~ Kevin H

I would tell anyone in the market for a home to contact Mythili. She will work tirelessly to help you find the perfect home for you and your family. And when selling a home, she knows exactly what you need to do to get the most money possible for the sale. Another great thing about Mythili is that she keeps in contact with you to let you know exactly what's going on before you even know what to ask. I actually keep her card to refer other people to her. Mythili is an awesome realtor and a wonderful outgoing person. We couldn't have bought or new home or sold our old home without her!

Mythili is absolutely amazing. Super quick when it comes to answering our texts and calls, and drops everything in order to schedule showings the same day I inform her that I'm interested in seeing a specific home. She's definitely not overbearing and pushy as most realtors tend to be. She listens to our needs and delivers them in the best way possible. We are currently under contract for a home in Glenville and my husband and I absolutely love it. We are hoping to close in the next couple months. Throughout the entire process, Mythili has been committed, engaged, and helpful. I would recommend all my family and friends to choose Mythili as their realtor when they're ready to purchase a home. Please choose Mythili! You will not regret it!!

Beth listed and sold my home in early 2016. She was professional, efficient and pleasure to work with. If you're looking for someone to represent you in your sale or purchase, you can't do any better than Beth.

~ lferguson16

Beth assisted me with buying my first house, from the first steps of finding a mortgage broker through finalizing the sale. I was one of those people that was sure that I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage or afford a house, but Beth helped me make my dream of owning a house a reality. She has the contacts needed to get her clients through each step of the process, and is very responsive to questions at any point in time along the way.

~ Jenne H

Beth shows up well prepared. She communicates well and is very organized. Beth was always available to answer questions quickly and thoroughly. At our first meeting to put our house on the market Beth guided us through the paperwork and clearly explained what would be done. When a buyer was found Beth skillfully brought both sides to a successful agreement. I would definitely recommend Beth as your realtor.

~ Mark S

We are very happy with Mythili. Very impressed with her responsiveness and how quickly she gets back to you whenever you have a question. We would work with her again in future.
